90% of the NEOMA students live in the city center of Rouen. There are different housing options : private rooms, studios, flat.. Rental for « meublé », meaning that the flat is fully furnished and you don't have to buy furnitures, is around €450 per month for 20m². Accommodation costs can be reduced if students often choose to live in shared flats.

Most of the exchange students live in student residences in Mont Saint Aignan, near the school. But there isn't much to do nearby and it's not really convenient because metro and bus services end at 11pm so be careful when you go out at night !
